Text entered in a search form, such as a name, phone number, or address, passes to the third-party provider that supplies the results. Our servers do not retain a separate copy of those searches. When you contact us, we receive the details you choose to send and use them to answer the message.
Information Collected Automatically
Standard hosting logs may record an IP address, browser type, visit time, and requested pages. Aggregate use helps us maintain the service and see which material is useful. Cookies or related tools may support basic analytics and advertising measurement where those features apply.
How We Use Limited Data
We use this information to run the service, diagnose errors, measure traffic, and improve content. We do not sell visitor lists or assemble individual user profiles.
Privacy on Linked Services
Links lead to Perris, Riverside County, California, court, archive, library, and third-party search services. Their own policies control information submitted after leaving Perris People Search. Sponsored search results also come from a separate provider and follow that provider's privacy terms.
Parties That Process Data
Hosting and support vendors process logs for us. Analytics or advertising partners may receive the automatic information described above. We may disclose information when valid legal process requires it, but do not otherwise share visitor data.
Safeguarding Your Information
An encrypted connection serves the pages. Logs are kept only as long as needed for the purposes stated here. Because Perris People Search has no user accounts, it holds no account password or member profile for visitors.
Visitors Under Age 18
The service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. Contact us if a minor submitted information so we can remove it.
Your California Privacy Choices
California residents may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data held by a website. We can check our contact mailbox and available server logs for a request made through the Contact page. California also operates the Delete Request and Opt-out Platform for requests to registered data brokers, with deletion duties beginning August 1, 2026. That program does not remove official records held by Perris, Riverside County, California agencies, or courts; requests involving those records must go to the custodian.
